Although I am a small hobby breeder, I still occasionally feel the need to lower the number of dogs I have due to either holding back improved puppies (I am always trying to improve my line) or the purchase of an outside line. Every dog deserves and requires equal amounts of attention, love and positive reinforcement every day, many times throughout. Too many animals can create jealousy and can create a negative situation. It's important that every one of my dogs and puppies are happy, and we all live in a structured, harmonious environment.
As important as it is for me to know my dogs are happy at my home, it is just as important to send them to the same kind of home/program, therefore all potential homes are prescreened.
Available intact Adult Yorkies can be anywhere from 6 months of age to 2.5 years of age. These are premium dogs available with full registrations and all breeding rights. All intact dogs will be seen by my licensed veterinarian and will be current on vaccinations plus receive a FL Veterinary Certificate of Health before leaving my home.
Available Retired Adult Yorkies can be anywhere from 1 year to about 4 years of age. All vaccinations are made current along with full deworming plus an updated heartworm test at the time of spay/neuter. The only fee for my retired boys and girls is the cost of the spay/neuter, with is around $200-300.- *Usually the expense is on the lower end. (the vaccinations, heartworm test and health certificate are a client courtesy I pay my veterinarian for - this will save the adoptive family around $275.00)
